Sub Zero IsolationThe icy black waters left much contrast to the vast expanse of white spread out before them.  Darkness was approaching, and already, the sky was beginning to match the murky depths surrounding the fast moving raft.  As if to take it one step further, the wind began to howl, as the heavens unleashed another torrent of snow that obstructed vision even more than the dimming horizon.  The chill of the lowering temperature further reminded them that they were at the mercy of Mother Nature.     The taller man near the front of the raft shrugged and sighed.  “You know, we really shouldn’t have stayed out here so long.  I don’t know wh Sub Zero Isolation

Sub Zero Isolation - EpilogueHe opened his eyes, or were his eyes already opened?  He was looking down, lying atop the body of the soldier that had just shot him, that had just killed him?  He was amid shards of broken glass, remnants of the doorway into the dormitories.  The soldier’s body was mauled; dark blood was already seeping into the carpet.  Sam couldn’t move his head to look down at the rest of the corpse beneath him.  If he did, he would have seen the gaping wound that was the man’s stomach.

Sub Zero Isolation - Chap. 13They weren’t far behind; Sam knew he was being hunted now, not just by this virus that had consumed the base and those within, but the masked soldiers that began terminating anyone they found.  He felt the tension rise in his chest, his breathing felt irregular, but that was to be expected, it was fear that gripped him.   
The hallway he was moving in was dim, but not completely darkened.  It was really the sounds that disturbed him.  Already, he had heard the steel door to this floor being opened, and he knew the soldiers were on him.  And what about… the other things that lurked in these see Sub Zero Isolation - Chap. 13

Sub Zero Isolation - Chap. 12Sam was dragging the limp body as the wound stained the gray cement.  He slammed the steel door closed that lead to the war zone on the roof.  We have to get away from here!  He was pretty sure those masked murderers on the roof weren’t going to back off now that they liquidated the gathered people waiting on the roof for respite.  Sam looked at Rick and cringed.  He was deathly pale, not just from the cold outside, the bullet that tore through his right leg created a pool of red around him.

waiting for father: 9.11 storyI ran as fast as my little legs could carry me across the white tile, swerving between the large crowds of people standing in the large terminal. As an effect of me bumping into a man’s left leg, he accidentally tilted his coffee cup over and sent a small stream of piping hot coffee onto the spot in the back of my head where the patches of hair all around my head seemed to come together in a swirl. Okey-dokey, tagged by ~AutoIsa...

...which means, I'm obligated to do this...

I have to list 6 weird habits/things/hates about myself... and then tag 6 other people, leaving a message on their page directing them to this...

Anywho...

1.) I once wrote one of this letters to nobody, those things you're supposed to write about something, and then rip it up... 'sposed to make you feel better... didn't :)

2.) I'm taking a YOGA class at college (yeah... it fulfills a gym requirement). There are a lot of guys in the class other than me.

3.) I changed the gloves on all the hands for every gun in Counter-Strike... I did this... 4 times.

4.) I watched a certain ANIME for 30 episodes before I finally started enjoying it, don't know why I stuck with it so long...

5.) I have another version of "Sub Zero Isolation" (my main story) that was written nearly 2 years before the one on dA.

6.) I once sung "Lips of Angel" with a certain someone... argh, I had my reasons :)
